After more than 50 years of providing healthcare for the community, Spring Branch Medical Center wil cease inpatient operations no later than May 1, 2010.

Outpatient services including Emergency Care, Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services will remain open but will operate as departments of West Houston Medical Center under the name of the Spring Branch Emergency and Diagnostic Imaging Center.
